Here at Glow, we want your experience to be the best it can possibly be. Below are some key points to consider when visiting us. Please give us a call if you have any queries.

• Please arrive 10 minutes in advance of your initial visit. This allows you time to fill in your consultation form.
• Arrving late can compromise your treatment time and full cost can be charged.
• A deposit will be required to secure any booking.
• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Full appointment will be charged thereafter.
• Our consultations are free, confidential and in advance of any treatment being given.
• Please inform us at the time of booking if you are pregnant, have an illness or condition that may impact your treatment.
• For your own comfort and others, we ask that children under 5 are not to be brought into the salon.
• We strive to ensure we delivery the highest quality service. If you are unhappy with the service you have received, please tell us right away and we will work very hard to fix the issue.
